cannot print from internet

Cannot print from internet browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge) but can print documents from my computer.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

• Are you getting error message or code while printing from the internet?
• Are you printing documents or photos from the internet? 

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

• On your computer, open Chrome.
• Open the page, image, or file you want to print.
• Click File. Print. Or, use a keyboard shortcut: Windows  Ctrl + p.
• In the window that appears, select the destination and change your preferred print settings.
• Click Print.
