Hi  @Noahjack1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand how  it must feel when your printer worked once and then stopped connecting.

Let’s get your HP Envy 6155e back online with your  computer.

In the meantime, here are few steps you can try :

1.Check Printer Connection

Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi or via USB.

Verify the printer’s display shows it is connected to your Wi-Fi network

If using USB, unplug and reconnect the cable securely

Restart the printer to refresh the connection

2.Verify Computer Settings

Confirm your  computer recognizes the printer.

On Windows: Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners

Look for HP Envy 6155e in the list

If missing, click Add a printer or scanner

Select your printer when it appears

3.Run HP Smart App

HP Smart helps diagnose and fix connection issues.

Download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store

Open the app and add your printer

Follow on-screen prompts to reconnect

4.Restart Devices

Refreshing both devices often resolves temporary glitches.

Restart your  computer

Restart your HP Envy 6155e

Try printing a test page afterward

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
