cant connect printer to elevate internet

Got elevate internet. Their system uses their modem and router. when attempting to connect my Canon printer it requires a push to wps button on router. There are no buttons on their router unit.

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was connected to the network or working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

Thanks for replying. I'm out of town at the moment but I can provide most of the  information that is required. My laptop is an HP 17" unit running widows 11.  I got it connected to my internet with no problem. The printer is a Canon MX922. I recently moved so It hasn't been used for 2 to 3 weeks. While trying to get it to work the printer indicates that it detects an internet source. I pushed the wps button on the router and entered the password on the printer. Didn't work after several attempts. However I think that the problem may be something with the router. I attempted to detect the printer with my laptop but cannot no matter the method tried. I have an Amazon echo which will not connect either. Before trying to set up the printer I had already connected to the network with the tv, a different echo, a samsung tablet and my laptop. That was a little over a week ago. The router is supplied by a company called Elevate and is required to use their service.
