I understand your HP DeskJet 2755e is not printing after changing your Wi-Fi password. Let’s go through the steps to reconnect your printer to the new network.

Restart your devices
Turn off the printer and unplug it for 30–60 seconds.
Restart your Wi-Fi router and the computer or device you plan to print from.

Reset the printer’s wireless settings
On the printer, press and hold the Wireless (📶) and Cancel (X) buttons together for 5 seconds.
The wireless light should start blinking, indicating it’s ready to connect to a new network.

Connect the printer to the new Wi-Fi
Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
Select Set up a new printer and follow the prompts to connect to the new Wi-Fi network using your updated password.

Verify printer connection
Ensure the blue wireless light on the printer is solid after setup.
Print a network configuration page to confirm the printer is on the correct network.

Test printing
Send a test print from the computer or HP Smart app.
If it prints successfully, the printer is now connected to the updated Wi-Fi network.
