changed routers

I changed to an Orbi router and can't connect the printer to wireless. I have tried the suggestions but nothing works. I tried on my computer and the HP smart app but it can't find the printer. All worked well before changing router.

Update on the Orbi. I deleted the apps and started over. I was able to connect with HP Smart and print from the app but my windows 11 computer can't connect to the printer. The computer is wired to the router. I don't know if this has anything to do with it because I recently changed from wireless on computer to wired.

Hi,

If your computer is connected with Ethernet, you would need to temporary connect the printer with a USB connection to reconfigure its wireless settings for your new network.

You may also perform a such from any other wirelessly connected device such as your mobile device.

You would need to restore the wireless settings of the printer first so it will be back into wireless setup mode, then open the HP Smart app and follow the steps to reconnect the printer to your network and get it online,

I was able to reset printer and It works but I can't print from my windows 11 computer. The scanner works but when I go into printer it is not found. I tried to install driver but I got an error saying that it couldn't complete installation. Tried it several times.

I can print from my phone but not the windows 11 but I can print from my other Windows 8.1  Seems like I just can't get the driver on the Window 11 computer.
