Hi @Marog,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble connecting your HP printer to the internet, follow these steps to ensure a successful connection:

Check Network Status:

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working correctly and that other devices can connect to it without issues.

Check Printer Wi-Fi Signal:

  • Ensure that the printer's Wi-Fi is turned on. There should be a blue light near the wireless button or icon on your printer, indicating it is ready to connect.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off your printer, router, and computer. Wait for about 60 seconds and then turn them back on.

Connect to the Correct Network:

  • Ensure that your printer is attempting to connect to the correct Wi-Fi network. If your printer shows various networks, make sure it selects the correct SSID (network name).

Use the HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer. The app can guide you through the Wi-Fi setup process.
  • Open the HP Smart app and follow the instructions to add your printer and connect it to your network.

Check Router Settings:

  • Make sure your router is not blocking the printer from connecting. Check for any firewall settings potentially impacting the connection, or reset the router settings, if needed.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can usually check for firmware updates through the HP Smart app or by downloading updates from the HP website.

Printer and Network Settings Reset:

  • Restore the printer’s network settings to default. You can usually do this from the printer's control panel under the wireless or network settings menu.

Take care and have an amazing day!
