I have a printer, it says conextion erro, I use the USB, and still noting. I see that to solve problems I have to pay or just hope the answer is so obvious it is in the useless IA support.

Does not work.

Deskjet 2800 series (try connected with WIFI that I use in my computer and works to write this, and also try using the USB cable that came with the printer).

And since you do not care about latinamerica, there is no way to contact you and have an honest conversation about this issue. we have to use this system that resemble the use of writing letters and waiting days for a reply (Seems HP lives back in the 50's or 60's).

While writing this the printed decided to print what i send to print 15 minutes ago, and the second page was printed only at half (what a piece of garabage). I guess is my fault for buy HP.

Hi @jlucero12,

Thanks for sharing the extra details. Since you’ve already tried both Wi‑Fi and USB connections and the printer sometimes prints with delays or half pages, let’s go deeper with a few more targeted steps:

Reinstall HP App

Remove the printer from the app and add it back. This refreshes the connection profile and clears old jobs that may be stuck in the queue.

Clear print queue

Turn off the printer, and then unplug the power cord.

In Windows, search for and open Services.

In the Services window, right-click Print Spooler, and then click Stop.

Stopping the Print Spooler from the Services window

After the Print Spooler stops, close the Services window.

In Windows, open File Explorer.

Browse to C: > Windows > System 32 > spool > PRINTERS.

Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.

Shut down your computer.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer, and then turn it on.

Turn on the computer.

Assign static IP

On Wi‑Fi, give the printer a fixed IP address via your router settings. This prevents the printer from “disappearing” when the network reassigns addresses.

Run firmware update

Outdated firmware can cause intermittent Wi‑Fi drops and half‑page prints.

Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.

Let me know how it goes.

Best regards,
