1. Power On the Printer

The wireless light should be blinking. If not, press the Wireless button until it starts blinking.

2. Use HP Smart App

On your computer or mobile device, install the HP Smart app from hp.com or your app store.

Open the app and select Add Printer.

Follow the on-screen instructions to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

3. Alternative: WPS Setup

If your router supports WPS, press the WPS button on the router.

Within 2 minutes, press and hold the Wireless button on the printer for 3 seconds.

The printer should connect automatically to the Wi-Fi network.

4. Confirm Connection

The wireless light on the printer should turn solid, indicating a successful connection.

Print a Wireless Network Test Report from the printer to confirm the network settings.

5. Install Drivers (if needed)

On your computer, download and install the full-feature HP driver from HP DeskJet 2630 Support.

Follow the installer prompts to complete setup over Wi-Fi.
