Common problems for Connectivity Issues

two issues as follows:

1. set up my hp office jet 8015e

2. my new printer is asking me to set up my cartridges that came with the computer. No printers came with my computer and i am using new ones that i bought

I understand you are facing difficulties when setting up your HP OfficeJet 8015e, especially if the printer is asking for setup cartridges, it's essential to follow the correct installation steps to avoid issues. I would request you to please follow the steps:

 

Unpack the Printer:

  • Remove all packing materials from the printer, including any protective tapes and packaging from the outside and inside.

Power On the Printer:

  • Connect the printer to a power source and turn it on using the power button.

Install Cartridges:

  • Open the cartridge access door and wait for the carriage to move to the center.
  • Insert each cartridge into its corresponding slot by matching the color-coded labels.

Load Paper:

  • Pull out the input tray, load a stack of paper, and adjust the paper width guides to fit the paper size.

Connect to a Network:

  • Use the printer's control panel to select your preferred language, country, and other initial settings.
  • Choose the network connection method: Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network.

Install Printer Software:

  • Download and install the latest drivers and software from the HP Support page by entering your printer model. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process on your computer.

I would request you to please check the box completely, where you will find the setup cartridges inside.
