Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Maybe because I got a new phone, but my printer is no longer recognized by my phone. I know I used to send docs to my printer from my phone. No longer an option? It's an HP Smart Tank Plus 651

If you configured the printer using Wi-Fi direct then you need to re-connect using HP Smart.  Both the phone and the printer need to be on the same Wi-Fi band to connect.

 

If you connect the printer to the router then all you need to do is select forward => more => print and then find the printer by touching the "No Printer Selected" on your phone
