yesterday morning mu officejet pro 7720 wide format was still working, I managed to print an A3 page from excel, a colored one. After that no more, only bad quality, black and white. Now i cant see even the printer:  it doesnt connect anymore to wifi network, i can see only the scanner. i cant download more recent driver (1st december dated) found on your website by hp doctor, because the website is marked in a black list by avg antivirus. then?
