Common problems for Connectivity Issues

My printer is connected to the router by WiFi through an extender which operates through the electrical mains system to a garden office. The extender also provides a cable feed to the internet for my computer and I can WiFi connect other devices (mobile phone and tablet) to the extender. The printer is picking up the extender name and password and indicates that it is connected.  I am trying to arrange HP Instant ink but when I get to the page asking me to 'select Setup and then accept conditions' no conditions appear in the control screen.  At this stage, the on-computer message states that the printer is offline.  I do not seem able to resolve between these two parts of the system indicating different status for the printer connection!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. 4. Touch Yes.

 

Once done. connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
