Product: HP 6500 710 z officejet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a new modem and network and now I can't get the printer to recognize the passphrase. I've tried several times and I know it is correct'. My printer is ( HP Officejet 710 z ) all in one. Ive tried all the suggestions on HP smart with no results ,.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

I suggest you restore your printer's Network settings back to default

 

1. Touch Network, touch Restore Network Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. 2. Touch Reports, and then select Print Network Configuration Page to print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

 

Then setup the printer once again
