Hi @kita9,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to reconnect your HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-In-One Printer to your new WiFi network, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the HP Smart App

Download the HP Smart App:

  • If you haven't already, download the HP Smart app from the HP Smart website.

Prepare the Printer:

  • Turn on your printer and make sure it is in a ready state.
  • If the printer was previously connected to another network, you might need to reset the network settings. To do this:
    • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer for 3 seconds. The Power light should blink.

Connect Your Device to WiFi:

  • Ensure your computer or mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network you want to connect your printer to.

Open HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your device.

Add Your Printer:

  • Click the Add Printer button or the plus (+) sign.
  • The app should automatically detect your printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the WiFi network.

Method 2: Using the Wireless Setup Wizard

Prepare the Printer:

  • Turn on your printer.

Activate WiFi Setup Mode:

  • On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time until all the buttons on the control panel light up. This indicates that the printer is in WiFi setup mode.

Connect via Computer or Mobile Device:

  • On your computer or mobile device, go to the WiFi settings and connect to the network name starting with "HP-Setup" followed by the model of your printer.

Open a Web Browser:

  • Open a web browser and type "192.168.223.1" in the address bar, then press Enter.

Enter Network Details:

  • This will open the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS). Go to the Network or Wireless settings.
  • Select your WiFi network from the list of available networks and enter the password.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the connection process.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Restart Devices: If the printer is not detected, try restarting your printer, router, and computer or mobile device.
  • Check Signal Strength: Ensure that the printer is within the range of your WiFi signal.
  • Printer Reset: If all else fails, reset your printer to factory settings by holding the Resume button until the lights flash. Then try connecting again.
