My hp deskjet 2630 won’t print of the help sheet with the connection password when it has enough ink.

To assist you better, what do you mean by "help sheet with the connection password"?

• Is it printing blank sheets? If yes, try the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing
• Are you able to print other documents like PDF, Word, or emails?
• Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
