Hello, I have an hp deskjet 2630 printer and I would like some advice. I bought it second hand and I can't connect to wifi, it requires a password that I don't know. Is there any way around it or delete the remembered passwords and previous wifi? Thank you

Hi @Michaela181 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To resolve the Wi-Fi connection issue with your HP DeskJet 2630, follow these steps:
Reset Network Settings:
- On the printer's control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for about 3 seconds. The printer should reset its network settings and forget any previously connected networks.
Reconfigure Wi-Fi:
- After resetting the network settings, you’ll need to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. Follow these steps:
- Turn on the Printer: Ensure your printer is powered on.
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Press the Wireless button on the printer until the Wireless light starts blinking.
- Press the WPS button on your router. The printer will attempt to connect to the Wi-Fi network automatically.
Use HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone. Open the app, and it should guide you through the process of connecting your printer to your Wi-Fi network.
- Add Printer: In the app, select “Add Printer” and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
Manual Connection:
- If the above methods don’t work, you can manually configure the wireless settings through the printer’s control panel. Navigate to the Wireless settings in the menu and select your Wi-Fi network from the list. Enter the correct Wi-Fi password when prompted.
