Hi @judavy,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 2752e All-in-One Printer connectivity issues

Here are steps to help troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues with your HP DeskJet 2752e All-in-One Printer:

1. Check Network Connection

  • Ensure the printer is on the same WiFi network as your computer.
    • The printer should display a solid blue light on the WiFi indicator if it’s connected.
    • If the light is blinking, the printer is not connected to WiFi.

Reconnect the Printer to WiFi:

  1. Restore WiFi Settings on the printer:
    • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer simultaneously for 5 seconds. This resets the printer's network settings.
  2. Reconfigure WiFi:
    • Use the HP Smart app to reconnect:
      • Download/launch the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone.
      • Follow the prompts to add the printer and reconnect to the WiFi.

2. Confirm Printer Setup

  • Verify that the printer is added to your computer:
    • On Windows:
      • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
      • Check if the HP DeskJet 2752e is listed. If not, click Add a printer or scanner.
    • On Mac:
      • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
      • Add the printer if it’s not listed.

3. Reinstall the Printer Driver

  1. Uninstall the existing printer driver:
    • On Windows: Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program and remove HP DeskJet software.
  2. Download and install the latest driver:
    • Visit the HP Support website and download the driver for the DeskJet 2752e.
    • Follow the installation instructions, ensuring the printer is on and connected during setup.

4. Check Firewall/Antivirus

  • Ensure your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking the printer connection:
    • Temporarily disable the firewall and retry connecting the printer.
    • Add HP Smart and the printer driver to the firewall exceptions.

5. Test Connectivity

  • Print a Network Configuration Report:
    • Press the Information button on the printer control panel. This report will confirm the printer’s network status and IP address.
    • If the printer is connected, try pinging the printer IP from your computer:
      • Open Command Prompt and type ping <Printer_IP_Address>.

6. Reset Printer

If all else fails:

  1. Turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait for 2 minutes.
  2. Restart your computer and modem/router.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Next Steps

If the issue persists:

I hope this helps.
