I have moved and need to connect the HP printer to a new network but the printer cannot be found to do it through the app

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please do a Wireless reset to defaults on the printer.

 

There should be a Wireless button at the back of the printer, press that button for 5 seconds to reset and then use the app to setup to connect printer to the new network.
