Product: deskjet plus 4152

I purchased the hp deskjet plus 4152 and can't operate it because it won't connect to the internet. I tried to return it but was told that it couldn't be returned. Does anyone have an idea of how to get this to work?

@WW26 Thanks for sharing your concern with the HP Community,

here's what I'll need, so I may be able to provide an accurate solution:

 

Which OS are you using with the printer?

When was the last time it worked? or it never did?

Does the copier work?

Are you using the WiFi direct or are you connecting to a router?

And are you connecting to the same router the computer/device is connected to?
