Hi @Trs580,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that your HP DeskJet 3755 Printer having amber light blinking.

To stop the flashing and clear the error, try the following steps:

1. Power Cycle the Printer and Router:

Sometimes temporary glitches in your network cause the printer's Web Services to stall.

  • Turn off the printer and your Wi-Fi router.

  • Wait about 30 seconds.

  • Turn on the router first and wait for the internet lights to display a normal, connected status.

  • Turn on the printer.

2. Clear Your Print Queue:

A pending print job that is corrupted can cause the Web Services module to lock up and blink amber.

  • On your computer or mobile device, go to your current active print jobs.

  • Cancel or delete all pending and stuck documents in your queue.

3. Check Ink Cartridges and Printer Status:

Occasionally, low ink, incorrectly installed cartridges, or using unsupported third-party ink will trigger this light.

  • Ensure both cartridges are genuine HP (model 65) and are seated properly in the cartridge bay.

4. Restart or Reset Web Services:

If the error persists, reset the web services connection entirely:

  • Find your printer's IP address (you can get this by pressing the Wireless and Information buttons simultaneously to print an info sheet).

  • Type the IP address into your web browser's address bar to open the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).

  • Navigate to the Web Services tab.

  • Click Remove Web Services or Reset Web Services, and then follow the on-screen prompts to set it back up.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
