Hi @Peggy127,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I completely understand how frustrating it can be when your trusted HP DeskJet 2752e printer suddenly refuses to connect to your new Wi-Fi, especially when you're eager to get back to printing smoothly. Let’s walk through this together, step by step, with care and clarity.

How to Reconnect Your HP DeskJet 2752e to a New Wi-Fi Network

Since the DeskJet 2752e doesn’t have a touchscreen, we’ll use the HP app and a simple button combination to reset and reconnect your printer.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Restore Network Settings

This clears the old Wi-Fi info so your printer can find the new network.

  1. Power on your printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wireless button (📶) and the Cancel button () together for 5 seconds.
  3. The wireless light will start blinking, indicating the printer is ready to connect to a new network.

Step 2: Install the HP App

If you haven’t already, download the HP Smart app on your phone or computer:

Step 3: Connect Your Printer to Wi-Fi

  1. Open the HP Smart app and sign in or create an HP account.
  2. Tap the "+" icon to add your printer.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the new Wi-Fi.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
