I went to HP Smart and pulled up my printer to change or find out its email address. NOWHERE is there a place/page to see or change the email address for the ePrint function!

Thanks for the reply, BUT.....once I have my printer showing (Step 6) there is NO box labeled "Change Settings"! I actually have 3 HP printers here, all of which have ePrint, which does work, but HP is not showing all 3 of my printers even though they are all registered with HP. ONLY the latest printer I recently bought from HP direct is showing and not the other 2 printers. Last year I could see and manage them all, but HP changed their web sites soooo much that now I can't manage anything anymore. HP has too many web sites as it is. THE most frustrating web sites yet their printers work great.

All 3 of my HP printers are capable of ePrint which I have tested by sending test texts to and they do work, but HP Smart still only shows the most recent printer I bought direct from HP. There is NO place where I can change the email address of this new printer. This is way beyond frustrating now. There was a time not all that long ago I would go to HP Smart and it would show my printers, even though 3 of the 6 shown were dead and thrown away and I could click one one of my active printers and it would open another page with just that printer showing and I could see its email address and/or TRY to change it. HP again went and destroyed something that was working just fine with their web site(s). Now HP Smart is only showing one printer only (my latest purchase) while ALL 3 of my printers work, are registered with HP, online and am able to utilize their ePrint functions.
