Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

This post is for the Experts. Why does the Envy 6000 series continually go offline? And why is this problem affecting so many purchasers?  HP should consider these products LEMONS and offer refunds or replacements. 

I'm commenting here because I can't get human customer service contact on the phone, being out of warranty and unwilling to pay up for the same ongoing issue.
