hello 

i have had a few errors the last few years and im really going off HP 

i had a HP envy photo 6232 it kept loosing wifi, even tho laptop next to it was fine, so  exchanged it for a  6234 refurbished which caused me loads of problems, it to had problems, so i bought a new HP Pavilion laptop, couple months later it to became faulty, 

i took it back to currys who swapped it over for a HP ENVY 6032 4 months down the line it starts causing problems, 1st saying screenshot is blocked, thencant connect to wifi, sitting a foot away from laptop and phone, then comes up the spooler, then says cant print, theres nothing to click, so i ask the community, still no help, i goes into my wifi settings, everything is fine then printer makes a few noises then a click its now flashing amber, x and arrow flashing, and now E9! 

is it normal for printers to break in  4 months or am i just unlucky
