i can not use my printer because it says my warranty is expired. i need my printer for work and not allowing me to use it because of warranty is ridiculous! i paid for this printer and i expect to be able to use it.

Ah, straight for the throat - true predator approach.
Your ire is perhaps misdirected -
If printers died after one year of Warranty, there would be dead printers all over the planet.
This printer model was introduced in 2016 -- the Warranty has been expired for a lot of years at this point.
Whatever is wrong, an expired hardware Warranty is not the cause of the problem(s).
Without any context to what you are experiencing, we can do little to help.
You can certainly start by perusing Category Troubleshooting - there are several topics and lots of information and videos, too.
