Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

To perform a factory reset on your HP DeskJet 3760 printer, follow the steps below.

 

  1. Turn on your printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the back of the printer for at least 5 seconds or until the power button blinks twice.
  3. Release the Wi-Fi button.
  4. Wait for the printer to reset itself and print a configuration report.

 

Once the printer has reset, it will return to its default factory settings. Note that this will erase any customized settings that you may have previously set on the printer.
