Your HP LaserJet Pro M102w can be fully factory‑reset using the hardware buttons — no screen required. Below is the exact procedure confirmed by HP Support and service‑manual sources. This works even if the printer is not detected by HP Smart or your computer.

 

🔧 Factory Reset (Full Restore of All Settings)

This resets Wi‑Fi, network settings, and all custom configurations.

  1. Turn OFF the printer.

  2. Press and hold the Resume button (the button with the paper + arrow icon on top).

  3. While still holding the Resume button, turn ON the printer.

  4. Keep holding until the Ready light starts flashing.

    • This flashing means the printer entered the special reset mode.

    •  

  5. Release the Resume button.

  6. Wait until the Ready light becomes solid again — reset is complete.

 

 

1) Fabrika Ayarlarına Dönme (Tam Sıfırlama)

Bu işlem Wi‑Fi, ağ ayarları ve tüm yapılandırmaları sıfırlar.

  1. Yazıcıyı kapat.

  2. Üstteki Resume / Devam tuşuna (kâğıt + ok simgeli) basılı tut.

  3. Tuşu bırakmadan yazıcıyı aç.

  4. Hazır ışığı yanıp sönmeye başlayana kadar basılı tutmaya devam et.

  5. Işık yanıp sönünce tuşu bırak.

  6. Işık sabit yanınca sıfırlama tamamlanmış olur.
