To understand the issue and help you, please get back to me with the details listed below:

- Let me know if the printer is connected to Windows Computer or MAC Computer or Android Phone or iPhone.

- Also let me know the version of the operating system installed on the computer connected to the printer.
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Error messages (if any) on the unit. If possible, get back to us with the snapshot of the error message.

Thanks for the response although I don't know that HP can fix this issue as it appears to be a big problem on this forum.

That said, the printer is connected via WiFi to my LAN.  I can access the GUI page via the IP address.  However, The Printer no longer allows me to connect to Web Services (old certificate apparently) NOR can I update the latest firmware using Windows 10.  The Updater says it is updating, but it never updates the latest firmware.  It stays stuck on old one.  No error message.

Please download and install the firmware update on the windows computer connected to the printer from this Weblink. (Click on the word weblink to download and install the firmware).

No.  This does NOT work.  This is the exact file I already have (HASH fe14ba70c39bc2652ed0918d77ba061788733de8).  Please read the HP forums to understand that this file FAILS to update this printer.  Please HP, send us a fix that works.

So that doesn't work at all.  It says your phone service is unavailable.  Please HP, send a fix for the very easy problem.
