Forgotten my custom admin password on MFP . I changed my WiFi password as it had been compromised. I went to change the password on the MFP and i'm locked out of the system/network settings. I am also unable to change it via the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Majority of the menus are locked out on the printer control panel. I also cannot gain access through the HP app advanced settings
Thought a hard reset would be best, however cannot see how to go about it anywhere.
I have seen this process referred to in other posts but cannot find the actual information to complete it.
If someone could point me in the right direction. i need to print fairly urgently.
Thanks in advance

Hi @dantej,
I'd like to help!
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
