Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Mystery printer might not support 5GHz.

 

Check that the router is broadcasting on both frequencies.

Check that the printer supports the band / frequency that you want to use - typically this information is located in category Product Information > Specifications

Connect the printer to the separately named SSID network for the frequency / band it supports.

Router will direct traffic on the network to and from the devices in your network, including the printer.

 

Note

It might be necessary to set your printer back to network defaults and then re-enter the necessary setup.
