Hey KennyG1963,

This is a common issue to see with a new ISP.

 - If your printer is connected via WiFi, you may only need to reconnect it to the new WiFi connection.

 - If your printer is connected via a ethernet cable, and it is setup with a static IP address, you will need to make sure that the static IP address, subnet, and gateway are within the same network. If it is setup DHCP (dynamic ip) you should only confirm that it is network connected and within the same network.

If you still have problems with printing, I would recommend uninstalling the printer driver from the computer, and reinstalling it using the downloadable driver from HP's support website normally, however since that section of their site is not functional at this time, you may need to use the original driver disc. Also, if the printer is compatible with the "HP Smart" software, it could potentially download the driver for you.

Lastly, not knowing the model of the printer makes it a little more difficult to provide more or accurate information since setup procedures can be different based on the device. For instance, you can only setup some printers using HP Smart, and for others they are not able to be setup with HP Smart.

Hopefully this helps you get back up and going!
