Hi @kikisprehe,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the connection issue between your HP ENVY 6152 printer and your computer:

Ensure Network Connectivity:

  • Verify that your printer is connected to the same wireless network as your computer.
  • Check if the wireless LED on the printer is on, indicating a successful network connection.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer, computer, and router to reset the network settings.

Check Printer Status:

  • Make sure the printer is turned on, and there are no error messages displayed on the printer's control panel.

Verify Network Settings:

  • Ensure that your computer is also connected to the same network as the printer.

  • Disconnect from any Virtual Private Network (VPN) on your computer, as it can interfere with locating the printer on the network.

Update or Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Make sure that the latest printer software and drivers are installed on your computer. You can download the latest drivers from https://support.hp.com/us-en.

Connect Using IP Address:

  • Try adding the printer using its IP address.

  • On the printer, display the IP address by touching the wireless icon on the printer's home screen.

  • On your computer, add a new printer and select "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address."

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
