Product: HP OfficeJet 8600 Series Printer

have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus printer. It has been a great printer for my home. Recently I changed routers and need to update my wi-fi password. When I opened the screen to update my password, I was locked out with a message saying, "The feature has been locked by your system administrator or the person who set up the printer." How do I unlock the system?
