Hi @greenfoot

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Here are the steps you can follow to bring your HP DeskJet 2700 All-in-One Printer (Product 26K67A) online in Windows:

Check the Basics

  • Make sure the printer is powered on and has paper loaded.
  • Confirm that the wireless light on the printer is steady (not blinking). If it’s blinking, the printer is not connected to Wi-Fi.

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button until the light starts blinking.
  • Within two minutes, press the WPS button on your Wi-Fi router. The printer should connect automatically.
  • If your router does not support WPS, you can connect using the HP App on your Windows computer:
    • Open the HP App.
    • Select Set up a new printer.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Verify Printer Status in Windows

  • On your computer, open Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Check if your printer is listed. If it shows as “Offline,” right-click the printer icon and select See what’s printing.
  • In the window that opens, click Printer on the menu bar and ensure Use Printer Offline is not checked.

Run Diagnose & Fix

  • Open the HP App on your computer.
  • Select your printer.
  • Click on Diagnose & Fix and allow the tool to run. It will automatically detect and resolve common connectivity issues.

Restart Devices

  • Restart your printer, computer, and Wi-Fi router.
  • After restarting, check if the printer shows as online.

Re-add the Printer (if needed)

  • If the printer still does not appear online, remove it from Printers & scanners.
  • Then click Add a printer or scanner and follow the prompts to add it back.

By following these steps carefully, your printer should come back online and be ready to use.
