Hi @Bailey888,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer is almost back to normal after clearing the paper jam. Now, we just need to reconnect it to Wi-Fi so you can print again.

Here’s a warm and easy walkthrough to get you reconnected:

Step 1: Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode

If your printer isn’t showing up in the HP Smart app or has lost its connection:

  1. Make sure the printer is powered on.
  2. Press and hold the Wireless button (on the back of the printer) for 5 seconds until the Edge light bar pulses purple.
    • This puts the printer into Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) mode.

💡 If the light bar glows purple in the center, it’s waiting for your Wi-Fi password via the HP Smart app.

Step 2: Use the HP App

  1. Download or open the HP app on your phone or computer.
  2. Tap “+” to add a printer.
  3. Select your HP ENVY 6065e from the list.
  4. Follow the prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi.

After Paper Jam: Final Checks

Even after removing the jam, the printer might still show an error. Here's what HP recommends:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
  • Make sure the paper tray is properly loaded, and the cartridge door is fully closed.
  • If the light bar glows amber or blinks, check this guide:

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
