how to connect USB HP Printer Cable to laptop USB C

The HP USB Cable that comes with my HP 8725 All in One printer has a female end.  How

can I connect that to my MacBook Pro Laptop.   My wireless is down

Use a USB-C to USB-A adapter
– Get a USB-C (male) to USB-A (female) adapter.
– Plug the HP printer cable’s USB-A end into this adapter, then plug the adapter into your MacBook’s USB-C port.

Make sure the adapter supports data transfer
– Some USB-C adapters only support charging.
– Choose one labeled “USB-C to USB-A with data” or USB 3.0/3.1.

Connect and power on the printer
– Plug the USB-B end into the printer, USB-A into the adapter, and USB-C into your MacBook.
