Hello,

For my account, the page https://www.hpsmart.com/fr/fr/myprinters display two printers.

What could be that "HP Printer" device and how can I get  rid of it ?

Did you notice that you're replying to a 8 month old post ?

The issue has been fixed a long time ago (and I completely forgot where I found the solution)
