hp laserjet m140we fehlercode rd aktualisierung der firmware nicht möglich, da drucker offline

Ich habe den Drucker HP LaserJet 140we und seit dem letzten Einschalten wird im Display der Fehlercode „rd“ angezeigt. Eine Aktualisierung der Firmware ist nicht möglich, da der Drucker offline ist. Ein Menü am Drucker selbst ist nicht vorhanden; Sämtliches Zurücksetzen oder Knöpfedrücken bringt nichts.

Leider ist der Chat nicht öffentlich fortgeführt, so dass ich nicht um die Lösung des Problems weiß.
