HP LaserJet Enterprise M406dn

My customer has several M406 printers, one with serial [Personal Information Removed]. We recently move our internal DNS service from CentOS 6 to CentOS 8 and the printers are all obtaining their addresses properly. However, each time one is requested to print something, the log shows that they are asking for resolution of the name, "hp-print-mgmt", and that name does not exist in our system. The failure of this DNS query seems to be slowing the response of the printers when they are asked to print.

How can we stop such DNS queries? Or, alternatively, how can we provide a proper answer to avoid any delays?

Our CentOS 8 instance runs on AWS whereas the previous CentOS 6 was a physical machine. Communication from the AWS instance to the printers uses the IPP protocol. In fact, the DNS queries for hp-print-mgmt only happen when the print jobs are initiated from AWS. When jobs are started from a local PC, no query is generated and print response is at normal speed. Local printing may be being done using jetdirect.
