Welcome to the HP Community --

The short answer is "Yes".

The longer answer is Yes and...

The Full Feature / full driver printer software is available for your printer and Windows 11.

Unfortunately, the only installation package is the one for Easy Start that requires that you maintain an Internet connection on your computer during the installation procedure.  Hopefully that will work out in your situation.

HP Smart - Windows app - is available for Windows 11 and this printer.

Perhaps use the Easy Start wrapper and select / opt for HP Smart OR Get the app from the Microsoft Store

With -- or, in some cases, without -- having installed the full driver printer software, additional apps and software are available to work with this printer and Windows 11.

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software (Internet connection required for driver installation)

When asked, opt for the Full Driver to be installed.

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and sign in.

Thank You Dragon-Fur

You answer was very helpful. Knowing now that the Officejet 8015e will work with windows 11, I might go ahead and purchase this printer. Instructions that come with the printer will also guide me thought installation. 👍

You are welcome.

This is not the "top-tier" printer model -- it is a decent printer and perhaps has most of what you want for the money.

Read the specifications before you purchase -- better prepared generally means fewer disappointments later!

Hello again Dragon-Fur

Thank you for your input on this model.  I did not purchase it yet. Do you have any suggestions on what model HP I could consider. Maybe the HP Officejet pro 2025e? Officejet Pro 8135e?  Other? My old one was the HP Officejet 5740 all-in-one. Which I liked. Need to replace it. It's 9 years old and starting not to print correct anymore. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thank You again.

You are welcome.

The OfficeJet Pro 8135e is just a step below the top-tier OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

One of the main differences -- and one that people sometimes miss --

The 81xx series lacks automatic 2-sided scan.

If you don't use, need, or expect that feature or other differences, the less expensive printer is likely a fine choice.

The 8135e is closer to your older printer though that's not saying much -- there are a lot of differences between "then" and "now" in printer technology.   "Now" is better.  Smiling.

The OfficeJet Pro 9135e featured packed, even more so than the 8135e.

That said, the 9135e much more expensive -- something to consider when you are on a budget.

You need to decide what you need and then decide whether you want to spend more

Examples

USA - HP Store - HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e Wireless All-in-One Printer

Specs

Scanner type > Flatbed, 1-sided ADF

USA - HP Store - HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e Wireless All-in-One Printer

Specs

Scanner type > Easy slide-off glass, single-pass 2-sided ADF

Were it mine to do, I'd find a couple of printers that I like and then run the Compare option to check what is the same and what is different.
