HP Recommended

My wifi light is 1855-964-0689 blinking. I have unplugged it and restarted it. I have restarted my computer. The troubleshooter says my "printer is off" ant to "fix the problem", I should "turn it on". It is on. I need a step-by-step instruction on how to fix the connection. There is no WPS on my router (at least, there is no corresponding symbol and no "WPS" button...). Please help.
