Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is HP Pro 8710.  My laptop is HP Envy.  I set up my printer. It is connected to the internet via wi-fi. I turned my printer off then on. Still connected to the wi-fi. I can print from my laptop.  BUT, the HP Instant Ink app on my laptop says it cannot connect to my printer. Any suggestions?

You need to install printers software and drivers to your machine. Please use the following link

What about the HP Deskjet 2700 series, I have downloaded all drivers listed on the page but still no help.
