Product: HP Envy 6120e All-in-One Printer

bought a new printer set to my current hp account removed the old printer and set the new one up without a problem. its connected to the internet and its working BUT I keep getting messages saying there is a problem with my account and it will soon stop printing. there is no problem I can see with my account.  I have tried to ring them no chance. I have tried their stupid visual assistant and also their what's app waste of space .. I cannot spend my life waiting for a reply  this has gone on now for ten days.  it's a shocking service and can someone please contact me to put this right.  or help me before I whizz a PERFECTLY GOOD PRINTER 🙂  THANK YOU

I suspect you signed up for an ink subscription or some internet feature of the 6120e that requires you complete a registration.  It could be unverified email or missing credit card information.  if you signed up for service you do not want or cannot use you can always cancel.

While HP Instant Ink printers can be used with no subscription, select HP Plus printers may require a subscription to operate.
