printer offline has been on for ??? I don't use the printer a lot but do count on it and its been great before this error. I've tried applying every suggestion online, and naturally its out of warranty now 1.5 yr it WILL print a printer status report and all notes say its online, working excellent connection etc.etc.

butI when trying a test page on internet and nope " printer offline" every time. any one please help!

got it sorted!!!!! kept uminstalling and reinstalling a few times, there also was another hp printer sitting ablove it in printer scanner devices, so deleted it. rebooted everything and its working fine. tnx ppl!
