Product: Officejet 8600 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had an Officejet 8600 for several years. The hpeprint feature to print to an email address (@hpeprint.com) worked, but now doesn't. The printer will print when I print with regular 'print' method; however, when using email feature nothing prints (although get a message that eprint job was received). The printer panel indicates it is connected and when I use HP's Print & Scan Doctor the diagnostics indicate everything is fine. I tried to locate the printer from the laptop and it indicated it couldn't find the printer -- strange.
