Hello @bacarter100 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

To connect your HP DeskJet 2752e All-in-One Printer and set it online, follow these steps:

Wireless Connection Setup

  1. Prepare for Installation:

    • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is functioning.
    • Have the network name (SSID) and password on hand.
    • Turn on the printer and place it within range of your Wi-Fi router.
  2. Download HP Smart App:

    • Install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device from HP's website or your app store.
  3. Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi:

    • Open the HP Smart app and sign in or create an HP account.
    • On the app's home screen, click or tap on the '+' sign to add a printer.
    • Follow the prompts to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network using the available setup method (WPS or HP Auto Wireless Connect).
  4. Printer Online Status:

    • Once connected to Wi-Fi, check the printer's status on the app's home screen. It should display as "online."
    • You can now print and scan wirelessly from any device connected to the same network.

Tips for a Successful Connection

  • WPS Method: If your router supports WPS, press the WPS button on the router, then press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the wireless light starts blinking.
  • Restart Devices: Occasionally, restarting your printer, router, and devices can solve connectivity issues.
  • Update Firmware: Ensure your printer's firmware is up-to-date from the HP Support website.

If you are still having trouble with connecting your printer or it remains offline, try deleting and re-adding the printer in the HP Smart app or reach out to HP Support for further assistance.
