Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 550-177c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus will not enable web services and will not update firmware. How can I get my web services, e-print, and web functions to work again. My printer is already up to date. I have restored the defaults and have attempted to fully clear the system twice now. It fails when I try to re-enable web services via the GUI or at the printer. I'm also not able to enable updates via the printer either. What should my next steps be? I miss my ability to use e-print which I seem to have lost sometime early May 2021 (when I eventually noticed this was not working anymore). Please help.
