Hello everyone,
I used to connect to my Samsung Xpress SL-M2885FW printer using AirPrint from my iPhone (iOS 16 & earlier).
Once I have updated to iOS 17, my iPhone is unable to recognize the printer!
Samsung mobile application (Mobile Print) still detects the printer, but when I want to print a document directly it keeps showing (No Printer Selected).
I updated to the latest firmware available on HP website (2020), restarted my iPhone, the printer & the WiFi modem but non has solved the problem!
My MacBook, Windows laptop & an iPhone holding iOS 16 all work fine & recognize the printer normally.
Any ideas to solve this frustrating issue?
Thank you in advance

Thank you sir for the response, but if you read my complaint well you will find that I have already done what you suggest with many other trials but nothing helped!
I read in many forums that many people all around the world are facing the same issue after iOS 17 update!
Many manufacturers updated the firmware of their printers to become compatible with AirPrint, so I think the solution of my ( and many others) problem is a firmware update from your side
thank you

Same problem. I have done all of the steps to my software , hardware , updated firmware, WiFi etc. It simply is no longer found via AirPrint. MacBook and IMac have no problems just IPhone 14 / AirPrint. Apple tells me it’s on the hardware (Samsung/HP) end & that fix will need to come via Hp. HELP !
