Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an HP OfficeJet 8025 enrolled in Instant Ink. I went to the HP Smart web page to check on my status of my plan pages during the current period. The page would not load. I started wandering around the HP Smart site and a pop-up chat box appeared. I stated the problem, was given a case number and told I would receive a callback, which I shortly did. After much time on the phone and being shown alleged various problems on my Dell XPS 8930, I bought a $199 +$15 tax service to fix these problems. The invoice was from iTech Services, not HP. I now suspect I fell for a scam. Has anyone else received an HP service through iTech Services?
