The blinking Information ("i") and Wi-Fi lights on your HP DeskJet 2755e indicate that the printer is not connected to a wireless network and may be in Wi-Fi Setup Mode.
Let’s walk through the steps to get your printer reconnected so you can resume printing.
Step 1: Restart Devices
- Turn off your printer, router, and computer or phone.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Turn your router back on and let it fully boot up.
- Then turn on your printer and computer/phone.
Step 2: Use the HP Smart App to Reconnect
- Install or open the HP Smart App on your phone or computer.

- Open HP Smart and tap + Add Printer.
- Follow the on-screen steps to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Note: Make sure you're connecting the printer to the same Wi-Fi your phone or computer is on (2.4 GHz network, not 5 GHz).
