Hi @Bronx41,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

The blinking Information ("i") and Wi-Fi lights on your HP DeskJet 2755e indicate that the printer is not connected to a wireless network and may be in Wi-Fi Setup Mode.

Let’s walk through the steps to get your printer reconnected so you can resume printing.

Step 1: Restart Devices

  1. Turn off your printer, router, and computer or phone.
  2. Wait for 30 seconds.
  3. Turn your router back on and let it fully boot up.
  4. Then turn on your printer and computer/phone.

Step 2: Use the HP Smart App to Reconnect

  1. Install or open the HP Smart App on your phone or computer.

HP printer setup (HP Smart app) | HP® Support

  1. Open HP Smart and tap + Add Printer.
  2. Follow the on-screen steps to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Note: Make sure you're connecting the printer to the same Wi-Fi your phone or computer is on (2.4 GHz network, not 5 GHz).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
